Minimum nightly requirement may be waived if availability permits for last minute travel at the “holiday nightly rates”. However, we cannot guarantee availability without a reservation.

Cancellation Policy

If reservation is cancelled full payment is forfeited. The only exception is RV & Tent site reservations booked during our Camping Season, which are rented for 4 days or less and are not during our Holiday weekends. This exception requires an 8 day advanced notice prior to arrival date, refund will be given less $20.00 processing fee. No refunds, credits, or changes for cancellations due to early departure, illness, work schedules, no shows, or inclement weather.

Pet Policy

Your well behaved pets are welcomed on the RV & Tent sites only. Visitors are not allowed to bring pets. We are sorry we cannot allow pets in the Cabins, Trailer, or House. If a pet is brought inside the Cabins, Trailer, or House you will forfeit your entire Security Deposit. If you bring your pet to stay in your RV or Tent please adhere to the following strict guidelines:

U	A copy of a recent rabies vaccination and license must be presented at registration.
U	Pets must be kept in your camping unit during quiet times.
U	At no time, may a pet be left alone or unattended. Do not chain or tie them to trees or tables. If you are in need of kennel facilities please give Mossy Creek Kennel a call at 607-264-3933.
U	When walking your pet they must be kept on a non-retractable maximum 6 foot leash.
U	No pets are allowed in the showers, bathrooms, any buildings, the pond, or the swimming pool.
U	Pet Owners / Campers are completely liable for any injuries or property damage caused by their pets.
U	No attack breed dogs are allowed. Such as: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, & Doberman Pinschers.

Linen Policy

No linens are provided for the Cabins or Trailer. However, the 3 Bedroom House may have linen service for an additional fee for 7 night rentals only. We will not exchange dirty sheets or towels for clean linens during your stay. There is a washer & dryer available in the house for your use.

Pool Policy

Our swimming pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend from 10am to dusk. There is No Lifeguard on Duty and there must be 2 adults present, inside the pool fence, for anyone to swim. This does not necessarily have to be 2 adults in your camping party, just 2 adults 18 years or older. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, while in the pool fence. Complete rules and hours are posted at poolside and must be read before entering the pool fence. (New York State Law)

Other Policies

U Must pay by cash or credit card upon arrival. Checks accepted only for advance reservations (45 days prior to arrival).

U Maximum of 6 people in Cabins, 3 Bedroom House, and Tent sites. Maximum of 4 people in the Trailer Rental. 7 people or more will be required to pay for 2 units.

U Check in is at 3pm or later. Check out is before 12:00 noon.

U It is our policy that alcohol beverages not be consumed while walking around the campground. Alcohol is only permitted at your campsite and special preplanned events determined by management.
